Most mold and mildew killers can be bleach and/or acid-based and that’s just not good for the canvas. Death is the strongest mold killer on the market.

Spray Death on the fabric and lightly scrub if the surface is dirty or there is detritus on it. You can opt to hose off the surface to help remove any surface material after a light scrub, and we think that is often beneficial. If the surface is just moldy, simply spray on. Allow to dry, and reproof. Do not apply to the interior of a tent; this is an external cleaner only. Please ensure you are in a well-ventilated environment for applying this mold killer and wear protective clothing.

Once dry, apply Tent Magic waterproofing products as required.

1 litre of DEATH solution makes 6 litres of spray and provides for up to one year of residual activity within its performance parameters. Simply add one litre of concentrate to 5 litres of water.

Death can also be used to kill mold on ceilings and walls, or any porous surface such as concrete.

Safety precautions: wear protective clothing and gloves. If on skin, thoroughly wash off with running water. If in eye, thoroughly flush for not less than 10 minutes. If irritation persists, seek medical advice. If swallowed, seek medical attention. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Eye irritant.

Our freight costs are generic in so much as we try to predict freight based on weight. The issue we have is we ship all over NZ, very often to very remote locations.

Thus, the issue we face is the variation of freight based on weight and destination.

If you think the freight is too much, please contact us. We provide freight at cost and we make our bookings via Trade Me who provide competitive prices.

Freight is either NZ Post, great for RD, and Aramex. Both work very well for us with NZ Post picking up first thing every morning, and Aramex picking up around midday every day.

If you do go ahead with the freight, please be rest assured that the freight will be checked and if you have paid too much, we will refund you the overpaid amount immediately.
